Midtown Tower Residence
The combination of two apartments yielded a four bedroom, three-bathroom apartment with a powder room and double kitchen suitable for large family life and entertaining. The kitchen materials were chosen for practicality and beauty: honed Kashmir granite countertops and backsplash, and plastic laminate cabinet doors edged with aluminum frames. Ample storage was a requirement and Belsey & Mahla responded with a total of thirteen separate closets, and hallways lined with bookcases.
