This 2003 renovation of a three bedroom, three bathroom penthouse on two floors with two terraces included a new staircase, relocation of the kitchen, and changes to the exterior of the building. Materials were selected for durability and beauty: wenge and white oak stripped hardwood flooring, sycamore veneer cabinetry, stainless steel countertops, Venetian plaster column covers, and beach glass bathroom tiles.
